The FAST-GRIND® system consists of a connector and a stainless steel frame with free-rotating discs. The connector is welded to the floating pan and falls into the frame. The frame can thus easily be removed from under the machine to quickly switch diamond discs. On the frame 3 to 5 flexible driver discs are mounted so that 100% contact with the floor is guaranteed. Because the discs are free-rotating they spin around when they are under higher pressure at a certain point which ensures the long life of the diamond tools.

FAST-PROTECT+
The leading stain repellent for concrete floors.
FAST-PROTECT + is the leading stain repellent that has been specifically formulated for concrete and terrazzo floors. It was developed as a companion product for maintaining concrete and terrazzo. FAST-PROTECT + gives an instant maximum protection agains oil and waterborne stains.
FAST-PROTECT + is a CE marking product, that meets standard EN 1504-2 and penetrates up to 10mm or deeper (EN1504-2 Class ll).
FAST-PROTECT + has been formulated with advanced, fluorinated copolymers and alkylacoxysilanes to protect against tough oil and water-based stains. The very small molecular structure of FAST-PROTECT + allows for maxium penetration and provides coverage rates higher than other sealers. The product is not a topical sealer, but a penetrating sealer that fills the microscopic gaps that occur in the floor’s crystalline structure, and does not change the appearance of concrete or terrazzo.
Use: evenly apply up to two thin coats of sealer on surface with sprayer and wipe open with mop.
Consumption: 15-30 m²/l (depends on the porosity of the concrete, level of polish and method of application).
FAST-STRIP
Easily remove curing, coatings, tire marks, …
FAST-STRIP is a chemical agent specifically designed to remove curing, tire marks, acrylic coatings, waxes, paint, oil and grease stains from concrete floors in preparation for the FAST-GRIND polishing system.
Apply FAST-STRIP onto a wet floor with sprayer or watering can at a rate of 5 m2/L. Use pads or scrubber to work FAST-STRIP into the concrete floor and to distribute product evenly. Let product sit for a full 30 minutes before removing and ensure surface remains wet. After 30 minutes, immediately remove all FAST-STRIP surface residue with an automatic scrubber and a high- pH detergent, FAST-CLEAN, to neutralize any areas treated with FAST-STRIP. Scrub all treated surfaces twice.
Consumption: 5 to 20 m²/l (depends on the level of pollution).
FAST-CLEAN
Product for daily maintenance of concrete floors and for neutralising FAST-STRIP.
FAST-CLEAN is a cleaning product specially developed for power trowelled and polished concrete floor. The product pulls contamination and stains out of the floor so it can easily be removed by cleaning. Other than normal detergent based cleaning products FAST-CLEAN does not damage the protection layer of concrete floor. The active ingredients and silicates of FAST-CLEAN will continue to densify and harden the floor resulting in easy maintenance and protection for stains and pollution. This product ensures maximum cleaning performances and the best cleaning results.
DOSAGE
Normal use: 8ml per liter of water
Heavy pollution: up to 40ml per liter of waterFAST-DENSIFY Sodium
FAST-DENSIFY Sodium is a water based concentrated sodium silicate specially developed to achieve the best results in combination with the FAST-GRIND polishing process. FAST-DENSIFY Sodium will densify, harden and dustproof concrete floors.
The silicate in the product reacts with the cement components and forms insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) that increases surface hardness, reduces dusting and makes maintenance of the floor easy. Unlike coatings and sealers it will not peel or debond and is unaffected by moisture.
Use: Spray on surface, agitate with mop or scrubber, remove after 45 minutes with water and polish.
Consumption: 5 to 10 m²/l (depends on the porosity of the surface).
FAST-DENSIFY Lithium
Water based concentrated lithium silicate to harden & densify concrete floors.
FAST-DENSIFY Lithium is a water based concentrated lithium silicate specially developed to achieve the best results in combination with the FAST-GRIND polishing process. FAST-DENSIFY Lithium will densify, harden and dustproof concrete floors.
The lithium in the product reacts with the cement components and forms insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) that increases surface hardness, reduces dusting and makes maintenance of the floor easy. Unlike coatings and sealers it will not peel or debond and is unaff ected by moisture.
Use: Spray on surface until saturation and let dry (min 12 hours).
Consumption: 5 – 10 m²/l (depends on the porosity of the surface)

FAST-PROTECT is a stain repellent that has been specifically formulated to achieve the best results in combination with the FAST-GRIND polishing process. FAST-PROTECT resists oil and waterborne stains, and when used in conjunction with FAST-DENSIFY, it will provide additional protection during the initial chemical reaction. FAST-PROTECT has been formulated with advanced, water-based fluoropolymers to protect against tough oil and water-based stains. The small molecular structure of FAST-PROTECT allows for maxium penetration and coverage. The product is not a topical sealer, but a penetrating sealer and does not change the appearance of concrete floors. Use: evenly apply up to two thin coats of sealer on surface with sprayer and wipe open with mop. Consumption: 15-30 m²/l (depends on the porosity of the concrete, level of polish and method of application).
We polished and finished 3000m² in only three days with this SUPER STRONG FAST-GRIND SYSTEM. This is the best system I ever used and the life-time of the tools is just amazing!
